More Minor Bug Fixes

- Bone shards no longer hit graced people.
- Fixed a bug with keyrings and removing keys from them.
- ASSASSIN REJECT JOB will now work properly.
- Might will not appear on SPARWHO if you have an Ivory Brooch
- Shatter will increase Kai now.
- Focus will cure hypersomnia.
- Unconscious players can no longer tumble.
- Fixed a bug that allowed non-sabs to continue to cancel a wormholes
even while moving around.
- Phased players will only knock other phased players out of hide
with the search skill now.
- Fixed several issues with alertness.
- Hourglass tattoo increases kai now.
- Prism tattoos will cancel properly if you move after activating them.
- Fixed a problem with being able to ink tattoos and move around.
