Spawnwave Area Update

- The Dregs have been adjusted a bit since yesterday. Creatures were spawning strangely and that has been corrected.

- The Bloodstone Quarry has been added to the spawnwave areas. I made the number of mobs needed per wave a bit higher than most of the other areas. Let me know how you feel about that should you run through it.

- Qiaw Dei stands just west of the Bloodstone quarry and has a quest for the mobs within.
