Lesson gain when qutting guild/class

We have slightly changed the number of lessons that you will gain when
you are quitting your guild or class.

- If you are a Novice, you will gain approximately 100% of the lessons
spent on your guild skills.
- If you are an apprentice in your class, you will gain approximately
90% of the lessons spent on your guild skills.
- If you have obtained class permanency, and then quit your class, you
will gain approximately 50% of the lessons spent on your guild skills.
