Exploration and other changes.

Hello, all! A couple of changes to announce this week.

First off, there has been a change to exploration. Guildhalls, sect temples, and player houses will no longer count towards Exploration. This change was made both because it has been requested several times, and because it isn't really fair for rooms that not everyone can get to (and in some cases that NO one can get to anymore) to be counted. This has caused some rankings to shift around, but the overall rankings are more fair now.

Second, and more minor, HEAT BLOOD and QUENCH SKIN have been moved to the cooldown system, and now show on COOLDOWNS.
