More Raiding Changes

I have made a few changes to raiding behind the scenes.

Most Notable changes:

- Shield guards will not always block movement from a room.

- Dragging or pushing an objective does keep track of how long you have moved the item in that room. However, it was resetting the time when movement failed at some point. This has been changed and should properly retain that time now.

- A few other smaller tuning things for attack speed and stuff.
