Shardlogs

In an effort to tidy up shard logs, from this point forward shards put into the generator will not show up in the log immediately, but will wait until ~15 minutes after the last shard a person has put in to be logged. All the shards that that person puts in for that time period will show up as one entry. The generator is still powered immediately as before.
