Custom Prompts

Some changes to custom prompts:

- *t and *T now show time with seconds

- %Z now shows the percentage of the current day that has elapsed (0 = midnight, 50 = noon)

- *a and *A now show the area you are currently in (one is the one-word area, the other is the short description)

- *L shows your current location

- *# shows your current room vnum

- *N inserts a new line *WARNING* this may break certain clients ability to gag the prompt
