Some fixes

- Fireblast (Shapeshifting) now applies the affliction after damage, not before

- Inverted Sentitivity symbol (Ritualism) should now correctly be giving deafness

- Repetition (Ritualism) should no longer be forgetting the previous damage in some situations

- You are now informed if a Nightfall wraith fails to spawn because of lack of darkness

- Glowing wraiths (Nightfall) should be charged correctly now

- The default statpack for Diabolists is now Dexterous
