Two quick changes

Hello, all!

Two small changes that are nonetheless large enough to warrant informing you all:
- You may no longer order a pet to deliver the special shards (thus causing someone else to be open PK). Give was already restricted.
- Since you no longer drop gold on death, it is no longer advantageous to move gold from credit sales into a letter (or several) when credits are sold. Gold from credit sales is once again deposited directly into your inventory.
