Eq and Movement

I fixed several minor bugs, but you will all want to know about this
one. Just as you cannot move without EQ, you cannot follow without EQ
anymore. This was allowing people to pretty much wipe out guards and big
monsters too easy. Oh yeah, and it made absolutly no sense.

Send all complaints to Calix, I hate him.
