Needed a little break today so I cooked up a few things from IDEAs.

1. You can now CONFIG COLOUR for messages when receiving a letter.

2. ARTIFACT LIST OWNED POWERS will show all artifact powers your items currently have on them.

3. Committing reserves now shows in COOLDOWNS.

4. Org enemy lists only show active players now. If you want to see all org enemies just append an ALL to the command. For example, GUILD ENEMIES ALL or CITYENEMIES ALL.
