The race is on to see who will gain the most residual essence from the harrowing battle between Xuli and Xochipilli, resulting in the birth of Vespasien, the Veiled Underking! The result of their scuffle has birthed storm elementals from splashed of their blood all across the Seven Lakes Basin, just waiting to be killed and harvested.

MINE FRAGMENT
Successful miners will be rewarded with a fragment from the dead ascendari Xuli. You will need a pick in your inventory to do this and only one player can mine a fragment at a time. Alert characters will be able to tell when storm elementals containing fragments rampage through the Seven Lakes Basin to harvest this essence.

INFUSE ALTAR
You can infuse your cult or sect altar with a piece of Xuli's essence. Essence will increase the strength of your entity (if you have one) and give your entire cult or sect a sacrifice and experience bonus equal to the amount of essence your organisation has infused. This bonus will start will slowly wear off over the course of many months and years.

SECT/CULT BELIEF
If you have infused any essence, the amount will be displayed here.

Remember that only those who have a cult may infuse.

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Halitus, in the year 106 AM.
