ToA Schedule Change and Bent Coins

The Horror Hunt scheduled for 00:00 has been moved to 00:15.

The SoulDrain has been moved to 03:30.

A reminder that bent coins are against the rules for the Horror Hunt. There is a bug that enabled points for them again. We have removed a couple of players that were abusing that rule from the event.
