More General Improvements

Hello again, all!

I'm here to tell you about a few more quality of life improvements (again made over the last week).

- Accepting a ring invite while already in a ring now quits the old one more cleanly (including giving the old ring a message about it)
- ATLAS LIST is now paginated (high-falutin word for "uses MORE now")
- You may now search the list of available racial titles using TITLES SEARCH <title>
- DEVOTION - INSPIRATION: Will no longer expend resources or equilibrium if you already have it active.
- TORMENT - UNSEENEYE: UNSEENEYE LIST will now present an alphabetized list, and any eyes that are currently listening will be denoted with an asterisk.
- LOOK GROUND now exists. It has the same functionality and restrictions as GLANCE GROUND.
- The same goes for LOOK TREES.
- Various typo and bug fixes.

There are also a few MORE new animals out there to tame. Can you catch them all?
