Mass Messaging

Hello, all,

You can now send a single message to multiple recipients at once using Mass Messaging. The new mass messaging command will allow you to message between 2 and 10 people the same message. This will apply a message cooldown based on the number of people messaged.

The syntax for the new command is:
MMSG [List, Of, Recipients] The message to send.
e.g.
MMSG [Jeremy, Elokia] You guys are the best! I'm voting right now!
