Two changes

I've made a recent change to how artifact powers work on the backend. This change should be seamless to you, but send me a message if any artifact power related strangeness occurs.

I've also separated player messages from system messages in CONFIG EMAIL. This will allow you to fine tune whether you want email notifications for system messages in addition to those from other players. Again message me if you notice any problems.
