A few changes

- Entangle (Naturebinding) now requires balance; a comboable writhe effect was proving to be a bit too much

- Lavablast (Pyroglacia) bonus damage should now be applied correctly in all situations

- Firecircle now informs the caster if the periodic effect was cancelled out by an existing firecircle

- Windbrace (Terratheria) will correctly show failure messages as appropriate

- Quicksilver weapons should properly preserve smithing effects
