Made a few 'big' changes to a few help files. One of which I need your opinions on.

Professions that have 'artifacts' associated with them are now listed in the HELP <professionname> page. Example: HELP DRUIDS shows the artifacts 'made' for this profession.

Another help file I have drastically updated is HELP MISC ARTIFACTS. Currently it is listed by how much it costs, then alphabetical within that list. I am debating if this way, or straight alphabetical is better. Please send me a message with your thoughts on this.
