Runelore changes

The final set of changes for this classlead round is now live! These changes focus solely on the Runelore skill.

- You can now sketch up to two runes in a room

- Weapon runes have been reworked into ground runes - they no longer increase weapon stats

- The Lagua rune now creates a canopy effect

- The Lagul rune now negates hunger in the room

- The Laguz rune now creates a rubble-like effect

- Runic circles have been reworked entirely - see AB RUNELORE CIRCLE for details

- Effects of flared runes can be found in their respective AB helps

- Runic tablets can be created by Masonry crafters; a schematic is available in the masonry shop, and customisations are possible in the usual way

This concludes the current classlead round. The requested changes to obelisks and autocuring are going to be reviewed on their own, most likely as a part of bigger changes to the respective systems. Finally, I'm going to postpone the changes to etchings until we know how the existing changes have played out.
