Army and mob combat changes

Written by: Garryn

- The change announced yesterday is now active - soldiers now stay on their target instead of switching all the time

- ARMY LIST now includes 'Fighting' and 'Recovering' as possible squad states

- ARMY LIST now also includes squad composition (how many mobs of each type)

- Soldiers no longer complain over CT if attacked

- Deaths of loyal mobiles are now properly announced on council and towne channels. It only worked correctly for cities.

- Soldier deaths are now logged in the MILLOG, not the main org log

- The keyword 'fort' works for the army fortifications now

- Messages for soldiers assisting each other and picking a new target have been consolidated - should be much less spammy now

- You can now use ARMY COMBINE <squad 1> <squad 2> to combine two squads into one. Both squads must be in the room with you and the resulting squad can not exceed 30 soldiers in size.

- Workers and slaves will stop dismantling a fortification once it becomes controlled by their city or council

- Building bomb/poison fields next to a friendly fort should work correctly now
