Bilespreaders

Bilespreaders have been updated so that ferry exits should now be protected.

What this means?
If a bilespreader wanders into any one of the ferry exits, they should immediately wander out.

If a bilespreader is spawned in any one of the ferry exits, they should wander out as soon as an adventurer enters the room.

If this is not occurring, it's not because it is an intended effect. It is a bug, please treat it as such and file a BUG report on the matter with as many details as possible. (Mobile name and number, approximate time, and which room you were in.)
