A few updates to the HTML5 client.

- Fixed channel window issues
- Fixed issue with GMCP firing even with the master kill switch activated
- Fixed issue with toggling timestamps in logs in IE
- Fixed new character dialog issue when starting a new character from the game sites (was showing the login window, as well)
- Stopped showing "connection closed" window since we auto-pop the login window now
