Okay, so just a little more clarification.

I know how fun it is to track someone down, kill them when they think they are safe, mock them and stomp on their lifeless bodies.

I used to do it myself.

However I think we all know what it is like when we are trying to chill and are tired of PK for a bit.

For event PK, let's try to keep it around the times that the event is hot, getting hot, and cooling down.

For example, someone is in working on killing or helping something with the event. Great time to kill them.

They run from doing that because you are a PK stud. Still a great time to kill them.

A couple hours later, nothing it really going on with the event. That is a bad time to kill them.

Maybe the event is hot but someone is done getting killed and is hiding and not participate in this round. Kinda a lame time to go kill them.

We all agree that we can expect to get beat up during an event, that is part of the fun (or not fun). But lets try to keep all the crazy, event related PK happening when the event it going on.

I am not saying to issue when you get killed and no event stuff is going on. I am not going to rule for you. I am asking PKer to use common sense, hold off, and wait for things to get hot.

We are trying to set up peaks and lulls in the action, so people do not constantly have to worry about PK when they just want to chill or rest or whatever. Sometimes that may last a couple hours, sometimes a couple days.
