Other assorted changes

The freshly released revamped classes include several new and adjusted mechanics, which have required the following changes:

- Moss tattoos and the CLOT ability have been altered significantly - touching a moss tattoo now always costs balance, and the Clot ability is more effective now. However, Clot now has a 5-second cooldown, using Clot during the cooldown causes the second and further attempts to have a heavier mana cost

- Several bleeding abilities - most notably Knifeplay Slit and Sabotage Slit - have had their bleeding output reduced

- Heavy rain now affects certain damage resistances and weaknesses

- The Desecrator ability (Naturebinding, formerly Naturalism) now cancels an ongoing taint (formerly done by rousing the tree)

- The HEAT BLOOD ability now requires balance and equilibrium, and its cooldown has been increased to 8 seconds

- Erode (Elemancy) no longer works with the Cataclysm vibration - a corresponding ability now exists in the Druid profession
