Throughout Aetherius a thick red mist has been seen hanging low to the ground. Rumor has it that it is tied to the Bonding users issues with bonding with the animal spirits. However, that mist can be cleansed by defeating the tainted spirits and freeing them from their torment.

In any room with mist on the ground, you can attempt to CALL SPIRIT to call forth the tainted spirit to battle. It may or may not be close enough to hear the call and respond.

In battling the twisted spirits, you will come to realize they hit hard; so hard that it takes them a bit of time to follow through with their attacks as they prepare them.

**They will provide hints at how to avoid the damage, it would do you well to heed those hints so that you can survive to defeat the spirits.**
