Washington DC Meet

Written by: Dranor, God of Imagination
Date: Friday, June 29th, 2012
Addressed to: Everyone

In July, many producers and volunteers from the IRE games will be traveling to Washington DC for our annual meet.

What makes this meet especially exciting is that we're setting aside some time on Saturday, July 28th, with an open invitation to any players who might be in the area. Come and hang out with those of us from Imperian that will be attending: Yours truly, Aldrane, and the lovely Eloweth.

The details:

When: July 28th, 1PM - 5PM
Where: Washington, DC, on the National Mall
What: Maybe a picnic, weather permitting. If it's raining or ridiculously hot, we may find an indoors location to hang out.

We will provide details about the exact location on Twitter, Facebook, and with an in-game announcement on the day of the meet-up.

Please remember that meeting anybody from the internet comes with a certain set of risks and dangers. Always be safe when traveling to meet somebody you don't know. Make sure that a friend or a relative knows where you're going, how you're getting there, who you plan on meeting, and when you'll be coming back.
