Bashing gold drops

The formula determining bashing gold drops has been reworked. This should resolve the problem that we have been facing for quite some time, where the drops for high-level mobiles have been scaling rather too well, causing significant amounts of gold to enter the game economy when compared with other methods of gold generation.

This change will primarily affect higher-level bashing - while lower-level areas have seen some changes as well, these are much smaller, and novice-level areas may actually end up providing slightly more gold now. Other factors in bashing - mob damage, experience gain, and so on - remain the same.

I realise that this may not be a very popular change, but it is necessary in order to maintain an interesting and vibrant game economy.

Some other costs may need to be readjusted as a result - any specifics are yet to be determined.
