The unveiling of Eoir Brewery in Caanae has revealed Libations to the world - south of the spring.

Libations is the latest tradeskill in which a player may brew drinks with wonderful flavours, tastes, and smells.

Libations is a self-fueling skill. With fermenting and distilling you may produce the raw ingredients which are essential for any brewing attempt. The main product you need in order to start your binge drinking is access to a pot still - this serves to both brew and distill liquids. Fermenting requires access to a vat.

For Libations, I re-wrote the way fluids are called up in Imperian as well as changes to the drinking, filling, and pouring commands. Libations uses an entirely "paperless" system (dubbed FORMULA) where you do not need to buy designs of any sort and apply them - getting rid of inventory clutter. You will be able to define the SIP message for player and room, LASTSIP (when one sip is left in the cup) message for player and room, TASTE, SMELL, and Alcoholic content.

Alcoholic content is capped at the same traditional value as most drinks in Imperian. Many players will likely want to start their booze-inspired weekend with any drinks they have lying about but a player transcendent in Libations is able to seal a cask away and allow it to age. Aging a cask is the only way to bypass the base alcoholic limits set on fluids and with every year a cask is sealed a single point will be added to the alcoholic value. Years of [un]sealing will be written on the casks.

Libation permits and items can be bought at "A cramped shop" (#28022) in the ruins of Caanae, "A rustic cellar" (#27847) in the Areish mountains, and "Rayatem Brewery" (#27851) in Rayatem Hills. Have 100 bound credits ready and you may purchase your permit with BUY LIBATIONS PERMIT.
