I have loaded the following additions to autocuring and the generic affliction messages:

- Autocuring now uses KIPUP when available

- Carved runes have been converted into the new affliction system, and autocuring can now cure them

- The 'impaled' affliction now has generic affliction messages. For this to be possible, the impale code had to be rewritten, so please report any problems that may have occured as a result. It is important to note that the affliction has been split into three separate ones - 'impaled', 'impaled by daegger', and 'impaled by soulspear' - the cure and diagnose messages have changed, so make sure to update your settings if needed. AFFLICTION SHOW IMPALED, AFFLICTION SHOW IMPALED BY DAEGGER, and AFFLICTION SHOW IMPALED BY SOULSPEAR should contain the new messages. These three have always been handled separately internally, so this changes nothing as far as stacking goes.
