Bashing and skill progression adjustments

I have made a number of changes to various bashing attacks, which should reduce the differences between the damage output of various professions. In addition to this, I have also made improvements to some skills to ensure a better playing experience at lower skill ranks. The details are as follows:

- Weapon damage against mobiles has been increased across the board. This affects the three knight professions, Bladedance attacks, Rangers/Amazons, and to a lesser extent Priests, Predators and Assassins/Renegades. Defiler damage output remains unchanged.

- Claw (Hyena in Bonding) damage against mobiles has been reworked - it is now higher and based on the Bonding skill rank

- TransBond and TrueBond have been moved earlier in Bonding - Wyvern is now the Transcendent ability in the skill

- Taekate damage against mobiles has been increased

- Deadeyes (Evileye) has been moved earlier in the skill

- Bleed (Evileye) damage against mobiles slightly reduced

- Staffcast (Elemancy) damage against mobiles increased, and the ability has been moved earlier in Elemancy

- Firelash and Fortification have been swapped in Elemancy - Firelash is now available at the novice level

What I am aiming for with these changes is to get the DPS (damage per second) for all bashing attacks into the 25-30 range at the Transcendent rank, before factoring in critical hits and artifacts. If you are able to consistently get damage output above 35 per second on any attack without artifacts, please bug this, as this likely is not intended.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…
