General

- Alarm vibes and allsight rites will now highlight entrance/exit notifications with your configured "enemies" color.
- SMITHINGORES is now available to everyone. SMITHINGORES <item> to see how many ingots are required to smith it.
- DIAGNOSE will now indicate if you're being burdened by a shield that's too heavy for you.

Bonding
-------
- VIEW in Bonding will now highlight names based on enemy/ally status.
