Bug fixes and other adjustments

I have loaded a set of various bug fixes and other adjustments, details as follows:

Aspects
-------

- WARP should no longer move you into townes or rooms where you shouldn't be


Beastmastery
------------

- If your collared animal dies, calling it back will revive it instead of causing you to end up with two

- Hawks can no longer move indoors while flying - this applies to other mobiles as well, and it fixes some oddities with hoisting hawks


Bonding
-------

- LEAP is no longer possible while flying, and you will now land at the same elevation you leapt from (if possible)


Chivalry
--------

- A successful lance impale (Joust) now correctly causes damage


Concoctions
-----------

- The harvesting bonus provided by Naturalism, Trailblazing, and Desecration is now based on the lessons spent in these skills, instead of providing the full bonus even if the skill is at Inept.

- Fixed a rare problem that would prevent the speed elixir from working properly

- PLUCKing eagles no longer works while phased


Crystalism
----------

- CRYSTALHOME no longer works while hindered or off balance/equilibrium


Desecration
-----------

- WHIRLPOOL no longer affects graced individuals

- Treants no longer passively attack while implanting

- SPATTER should now correctly use the specified vial instead of the first available one


Devotion
--------

- PERFORM BLISS now defaults to its user if no target is given


Enslavery
---------

- Fixed a problem that was causing ORDER <mob> GIVE to not work


Fayth
-----

- SERAPH PRESENCES now respects veils and similar effects


Groves
------

- Bees should correctly break limbs once again

- Added the usual restrictions to GROVE ISOLATION, both when starting it and on completion

- Gold and resetting items can no longer be added to GROVE STORAGE, as this was causing various problems

- TAP QUARTERSTAFF now uses the wielded one correctly

- Groves can no longer be imprinted in rooms where overgrowth is in effect


Hunting
-------

- Masked snare and noose traps no longer show affmessages right away


Hypnosis
--------

- You can no longer ANALYSE gods


Kanai
-----

- Sensitivity from burning maidenhair shows correct messages now


Knifeplay
---------

- Attempting to carve a sitara no longer drains endurance if the process cannot be started

- CIRCLE now hits with the proper damage type


Malignosis
----------

- DEMON PRESENCES now respects veils and similar effects

- All demons are now properly removed when switching profession


Naturalism
----------

- UPROOT ticks now check the usual restrictions, and also drop shields and prismatic barriers


Necromancy
----------

- Lava rooms no longer affect blackwinded individuals


Runelore
--------

- WALL circles now correctly prevent guard movement


Spatium
-------

- WORM ENGULF OFF is no longer an aggressive action

- WORM SHADOWPLANT and WORM INSTILL is no longer stopped by shield


Taming
------

- You can no longer release collared pets - you need to remove the collar first


Tattoos
-------

- The TORCH tattoo defence is no longer removed when switching professions

- PRISM and BRAZIER tattoos now give the same message for out-of-area and logged-off targets


Trailblazing
------------

- Campgrounds will no longer attempt to give the caloric defence if it's already active


Warding
-------

- FLINTLIGHT now has the same balance cost for artifact and non-artifact glaives - the time was incorrectly higher for artifact ones
