Bonding Powers upgrade

I've made a substantial change to the way bonding abilities are accessed.

From a user-perspective, POWERS has been given better functionality.
Syntax: POWERS FULL
POWERS <bond>
POWERS

If you come across any problems with your abilities please use the BUG command AND send me a message. I tried to minimise as many problems as I could, but bugs happen.
