Arena Artifact Rentals

As of now, you have the option of renting artifacts for the duration of arena duels. The syntax to do so is ARTIFACT RENT <artifact #> [CONFIRM]. Note that not all artifacts can be rented (such as crafting artifacts or one-use, permanent effect artifacts), and if you find an artifact CAN be rented that probably shouldn't be, please let Me know.

Artifact can only be rented during duels, and any renting action is broadcast to everyone within the arena. Currently, artifact rentals are available only within the Coliseum, however cities may upgrade their arena to include artifact rentals at a cost of 2.5 million gold. Contact Me if you wish to do so.

For a limited time, all artifact rentals cost a meager 1 Credit. This may or may not stay the case for long, depending on how things go.
