Bugs and commenting

Hello everyone,

Upon popular request, I have enabled players to view and comment upon their own bugs. With the use of the BUGSHOW verb you can see a list of all of your bugs, and BUGSHOW <#> in order to see specific details.

To comment upon your bugs, say if you forgot to mention something, or perhaps you discovered more about it, you simply need to COMMENTBUG (or CB if you prefer shorthand) <#> <text>. Example:

COMMENTBUG 12345 This isn't actually a bug, you can delete this if you like, sorry!
