Spatium-related fixes

I have loaded a few Spatium-related adjustments and fixes:

- Phasing will now only close a personal wormhole if it's connected to another room

- Phantoms and lamias will no longer stop following upon phasing

- A fenugreek berry will no longer be used up if a shadowplant is consumed instead

- An ongoing WORM DEVOUR or WORM ANNIHILATE attempt will now correctly prevent a rebounding aura from forming

- Fixed a problem that was allowing you to pick up lamias and phantoms in certain situations

- Failed WORM SPLICE and WORM CANCEL attempts will no longer trigger surges

- Activating the Perception version of WORM TREMORS will no longer trigger surges
