I have loaded a few bug fixes and adjustments:

General

- Most area attacks now show generic failure messages if the chosen target is not in the area

- Various typos in learning messages have been fixed


Bonding
-------

- You can no longer TRACK into a windstorm


Chivalry
--------

- Falcon/kestrel training will work correctly regardless of capitalization


Elemancy
--------

- CHANNEL should show proper messages now


Engineering
-----------

- Battering with a ram should no longer take balance twice for the person who issues the order


Fayth
-----

- SERAPH WATCH no longer includes titles


Groves
------

- NATUREBINDING no longer allows you to bypass icewalls and other restrictions

- GROVE EYES should no longer display concealed people

- The dark forest isolation exit has been changed to no longer lead to inside the Ithaqua council, and one extra exit has been added


Kaido
-----

- NUMBNESS will be properly disabled upon leaving the arena


Necromancy
----------

- SHRIVEL with incorrect arguments should no longer take equilibrium

- You can now consume hearts by item number


Smithing
--------

- The Hammer of Forging should now correctly reduce the balance time of smithing


Voice
-----

- An ongoing Kantae attempt now prevents the rebounding aura from forming
