Kill Tracking

I've made some changes to the ways kills are tracked.

If you kill the same person within 1 hour of a previous kill, that subsequent kill will not be counted towards your total kill count for achievement statistics.

I've also gone through the kills list and, in any instances where one person killed another more than 50 times, dropped the kill count down to 1.

While getting your friends to help you complete achievements is not technically a violation of Imperian's rules, some of the spam killing was clearly an egregious abuse of this policy.

Hopefully, this change will prevent some of that.
