Combat focus and name highlighting

Greetings!

I have just loaded two new features, intended to make the combat-related "spam" more manageable.

First, all names of allied, enemied, and marked players in various combat-related messages are now highlighted according to your settings (use CONFIG COLOR to specify a color for these if you haven't yet). This doesn't apply to all occurences of a name, but most relevant ones should be covered. Sabotage users and owners of the staff of illusions can use the $ME token to insert their properly colorized name into the illusion.

Second, I have added a new low-ranked ability to Survival, called Combat Focus. This allows you to filter out unrelated messages, greatly reducing the amount of received text especially in group fights. AB SURVIVAL COMBATFOCUS explains the ability in more details.

If you notice a message that is hidden by this ability even though it shouldn't be, please report it in the usual way.

Should there be any problems with either of these, please let me know.
