Miscellanous bug fixes and adjustments

I have loaded a plethora of various bug fixes and other adjustments, in particular:

- Players under level 21 will now see everyone capable of inducting into organizations on HELP <orgname>, including players hidden by gems

- Attempting to LOSE a mobile will now always lose the correct one if multiple matching mobiles are in the room

- Fixed SPARWHO to work correctly in all cases, and also changed SPARON to not require you to have a combat rating

- Death in bloodbath, deathball, and KOTH events now grants a temporary 10-second grace

- Capture nodes will no longer appear inside obelisks and outposts

- REPLY now gives a better error message when the recipient doesn't exist or is not online

- Commands REPLY, LESSONS, I, INV, and INVENTORY no longer break channeled actions that allow it

- Automatic org enemying is now added to the corresponding PLOG

- Cerise will now refuse to induct you into a guild if you are enemied to its affiliated city or council

- Custom entry and exit messages no longer override the group entry/leave messages - this fixes a problem causing following players to not be listed at all if the group leader has a custom entry message

- The message about a steelweave surcoat blocking damage now includes the surcoat's item name

- Flowers in the artifact flowerpots will no longer decay before being taken out

- Fixed displaying of item groups to always show the correct number of items and groups - this required changes to the grouping code, please let me know if you notice any unwanted side effects

- You can no longer hire assassin hits while graced

- CLAN LIST now gives a correct message if you aren't a member of any

- CLAN DISMISS should give a proper message now when used with a numeric position

- CLANTELLS should once again work for secret clans

- You can no longer declare members of your order as order enemies

- REVLOG now notifies you about the correct syntax if needed instead of pretending that the command doesn't exist

- You can no longer direct emotes at mobiles while phased

- Mobiles will no longer react on things said while phased

- Fixed a problem allowing you to refill various random items in shops; only vials can be refilled now

- Learning will properly stop if you switch professions during it

- People on guild probation can no longer be probated again

- People holding multiple guild positions will no longer show up twice in the secretary list

- Guildhall rooms can no longer be deleted if there are players or wormholes inside

- Market stalls can no longer be set up and taken down while phased

- Market stalls containing a wormhole can no longer be taken down

- Items called "corpse" can once again be referred to correctly, as long as no mob corpse is present

- The "bury" racial ability will no longer give a message implying the use of a shovel

- You can no longer accidentally purchase insurance multiple times in blackjack

- You can no longer drink elixirs while dead in the underworld

- Order representative status will be properly cleared when leaving the order

- Ambient messages are no longer displayed if you are burrowed

- Plus various typo fixes
