Secretive Orders.

Hello everyone,

I have added a new priv to Divine Orders, 'secretive', which allows you to make your Order incognito. That means that if your Order is secretive players will not see your divine-related skills showing your God's name, see members on OWHO or CONGWHO, or see who speaks in the related channels. Those with the privilege are of course exempt to some rules. Of course, some things are left non-secretive for a reason. If you disagree with some things I encourage you to contact me about it.

If there's any suggestions to this functionality please use the IDEA function.
