I have done a round of bug fixing, details as follows:
Alchemy
-------
- A thrown eye sigil will now cause any phased players in the room to hit runes and totems
- Phased, blackwinded and astralformed players will no longer trigger key sigils while moving
Artistry
--------
- A sketch attacking a target will be cleared if the target dies. This should prevent stacking multiple sketches in a bloodbath
Bonding
-------
- You can now use OUTR while burrowed
- BURROW ABOVE can now be done while prone, to prevent getting stuck buried
Bowmanship
----------
- Envenoming arrows from a vial of perpetuity no longer uses up toxin applications
Brutality
---------
- Fixed a problem causing HOUND BLOODSCENT to show up as Mindnet if you lose your hound
Chivalry
--------
- BATTLECRY will now correctly take equilibrium after its message is shown
- Learning messages have been changed to take the single-sword DSL into account
- You can no longer BARGE people through a sewer grate
Concoctions
-----------
- Attempting to refill a flask from a shop will now fail properly, instead of producing strange results
- Attempting to POUR flasks into somewhere will now notify you that this isn't possible, instead of pouring the contents to the ground
- Error messages returned by INPOT should be a bit more informative now
- Speed elixir defence is no longer removed when switching professions
Devotion
--------
- CONVERGENCE will no longer move in Warding and Piety rites if a conflicting rite is already in the room
- Message given by PERFORM REDEMPTION will always properly mention the deity that you are following
Elemancy
--------
- The defence line for Caurais has been fixed
- The holocaust explosion message should now wrap properly if you have changed your wrapwidth
- CONVERGENCE will no longer go through if the target isn't in the same room as the caster
- STAFFCAST now only requires one functioning arm, not two
- ERODE cast through the Cataclysm vibration will no longer use mana if the target is not in the area
Engineering
-----------
- Sapping charges can now be attached to icewalls
- EARHORN will now stop working if you unwield it
- You can once again load flintlocks by number (they still need to be wielded)
Enslavery
---------
- Pathfinder will now work properly from arena staging rooms
Fayth
-----
- Throwing a spiritual mace at someone will no longer look as if you were smiting the target
Fitness
-------
- CELERITY is no longer removed when switching professions. Also applies to Grounding, Tenemecy, and Clarity
Groves
------
- GROVE EJECT will no longer move players through icewalls, stonewalls, and closed doors. It will not automatically choose exits that are not blocked
- GROVE EJECT now displays a room-wide message when used
- GROVE EJECT now takes equilibrium
- GROVE MAELSTROM will cease working if the Grove user switches profession
- RAINSTORM, CLEARSKIES, and SNOWSTORM now work correctly with non-forest groves - their effect will manifest in rooms that share the grove's environment, not in forest rooms
- Fixed a problem causing GROVE CANOPY to sometimes not end correctly
Hunting
-------
- Fixed a problem causing an impaled target to be incorrectly dragged by some forms of movements. Hopefully this will fix all these issues, if not, please BUG the problem with all the relevant details
- Fixed a problem allowing people to move around despite being impaled by a Hunter
- Hunter impale will no longer cause the target to start following the Hunter around after writhing off (this time for real!)
Hypnosis
--------
- SEAL now properly displays the equilibrium message after the usage one
- Snap illusions with a female pronoun should now properly trigger hypnosis
- HYPNOTISE will now fail properly if your target leaves the room during the attempt
Knifeplay
---------
- COVER will now protect against all physical attacks, even if their damage type is different (such as elemental sitaras). This also applies to Chivalry DEFEND
Malignosis
----------
- DEMON MINDREAD and DEMON REFUGE now correctly require equilibrium
Necromancy
----------
- A failed attempt to summon GRAVEHANDS will no longer use up essence
- Switching away from the Deathknight profession will now remove a possessed demon, if you have one
- You can no longer throw soulspears through icewalls and stonewalls
Noctu
-----
- TRANSMOGRIFY mutations are no longer removed when you change professions. Instead, they become inactive and no longer have any effect, and are reactivated when you switch back to the Summoner profession. The inactive mutations will be removed upon death
Perception
----------
- Using GLANCE with no arguments no longer requires balance or equilibrium, as it is identical to LOOK
- Deathsight, Warning and Landsense are no longer removed when switching professions
- APPRAISE will give a more informative message when used against a target that is not there
- GLANCE no longer requires equilibrium if you have the Monocle of Acuity
Predation
---------
- Defiling shrines is now considered an offensive action and will drop the Predator mask
- Decayed heirlooms will no longer cause your wolf not be able to be accustomed to a new one
- Incorrect attempts to replace a heirloom should now give a proper error message
Runelore
--------
- Fixed the death message for carved sowulu runes
Sabotage
--------
- GARROTE only requires one working arm now
- WORM VORTEX will no longer give confusing messages if it cannot be done
Shamanism
---------
- Fixed the first-person message for Command
Shielddance
-----------
- SHIELD ABSORB will now only display the message about absorbing damage if the attack actually causes any - most notably, this affects doublestab
Tarot
-----
- INDecking multiple cards of a single type no longer takes balance, just like IND ALL doesn't
- Fixed the IND message when multiple cards are indecked
Tattoos
-------
- CHAMELEON tattoos no longer attempt to guess names if someone with a similar name is logged in
- An ongoing inking attempt will be stopped if you move or are moved by any means
- TATTOOS will no longer list tattoos with a single use remaining as "1 uses left"
Telepathy
---------
- MIND CLAMP is now an aggressive action
- Equilibrium loss from FULLSENSE is now correctly displayed after the skill's output
Toxins
------
- Curing cyanide with random-curing abilities will now always display an appropriate message
- Venoms in the vial of perpetuity should no longer be used up when preparing toxins
Trailblazing
------------
- You can no longer MARK RETURN to a room that is indoors due to being canopied
- Fixed gender in the Torch message
- WATCHING is now properly removed when leaving the game
- Applying bandages no longer takes endurance if you do not have enough cloth
- PROWLING is now properly removed when leaving the game or changing professions
Warding
-------
- Added UNBLOCK to AB WARDANCE BLOCK
Weaponry
--------
- BEHEAD no longer displays two balance loss messages
Miscellaneous
-------------
- Attempting to use a skill that requires mana will no longer drain you to 0 mana if you do not have enough
- Fixed a problem causing you to be unable to take on a new assassination hit if the one you took has been cancelled
- Hopefully fixed a problem causing some in-room death messages to not be displayed properly
- The ENEMY SCAN miracle will no longer display players that are not visible to you (phased, astralformed, etc)
- You can now use aggressive actions against yourself in a manhunt (assuming the action can normally be used in this way). This fixes a problem that was making you unable to use some curing abilities during manhunts
- Regaining consciousness is no longer masked by blackout
- VOTERS has been removed from CITYPOWERS, as it no longer works
- Members of a city/council ruling council are now sorted by rank on CWHO
- Towne guards will no longer attack members of the city that their towne is loyal to if they are on their city unwanted list
- The Shrinehome miracle no longer works in the arena
- Failed movement attempts no longer count towards your per-second move limit
- Fixed an untrapped error when the anti-magick surges cause movement (courtesy of Vashir)
