New guild structure!

Greetings!

I have just activated a completely new guild structure system, which I have been working on for the past few weeks. The new system allows you to costumize guilds to suit their specific needs.

You can read about the new features in HELP GUILD STRUCTURE. I will be gradually updating other help files as needed, but this one should have everything that you need to use the new system.

A couple of caveats and things that are different from the old system:
- each position can only have a single player in it - if you want to appoint a new secretary, you will need to create a new position for them first (the easiest way would be to duplicate a position that has the desired privileges), or remove an existing one
- there is no designated novice head position any more - the existing position has been transformed into a new-style position with the appropriate commands and aides, but you are free to change this around as you see fit

If there are any problems with the changes, please let me know or file a bug report.

Onward to 2021
