CONCOCTIONS:
- Changed the way the code functions for sidewinders and rattlesnakes. You shouldn't feel anything except that more "sidewinders" and "rattlesnakes" can be harvested from.

TOWNES:
- Limited account withdrawals from townes to respective governors and aides only.

- I have added the towne's material taxrate to TOWNE MAT SUMMARY.

- Added a few commands to the TOWNES syntax listing.

- You should no longer be leading a caravan out of a room if you deliver it.

- New error message if you try to load more materials than the available space in a caravan.

- Phased players can no longer load a caravan with materials.

- The TOWNE SHOP INFO display should properly list the shop owner.

HOUSES:
- Loyalties of house servants should transfer now when the house is sold for gold.

- I did a blanket loyalty-transfer of servants and trophycases to the current house owners. This should hopefully clear up existing loyalty-requests.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Becoming Guildmaster will trigger all Guildrank achievements.

MISC:
- Can't dig up buried Immortals. If they want to stick their head in the sand we should leave them in peace!

QUEST CHANGES:
- Brekknit Historian tablet quest should be working properly now.

- A lot of bugs were squashed in the Ghaberiak Area of Gyanis snowfield.
- Should now be possible to tame a warbeast.

- The El'jazira hide salting quest works once more.

- Fixed the chicken quest in Anhir.

- Poldon, the buckawn vintner should now respond to visitors.

- An ailing old man in En'Aruna Village should properly reward those who help him out.

- The Caanae Theater facepaint had an upgrade. Its no longer possible to open the paint once its applied to your face.

- The answers to Bosic's quiz have been tweaked slightly.

- Okabarish should stop giving you stuff if you're no longer in the room.
