The Great Hunt will begin in just a few minutes. This Great Hunt will last for 48 hours, and will end on Monday, September 27th, at 0:01 GMT.

During this Great Hunt, your goal is to kill as many mobs as you possibly can. You will get points for killing mobs. The number of points you earn will be based on the amount of experience the mob is worth. The Erorag ogres are, for example, worth 1 point each. Chur is worth 3 points. Yasyolon is worth 5 points.

You will be able to see your current score and ranking with the STATUS command. You will also be able to view the overall rankings in the event with HUNTRANKINGS, or HR for short.

Experience gain for bashing and for quests will be doubled for this weekend as well. This experience bonus will not stack with the soulstone bonus, or any achievement bonuses. The timers for soulstone and achievement bonuses will not tick down during the weekend.

If you earn 100 points over the weekend, you will be given 5 bound credits. If you earn 1000 points, you will be given 10 more bound credits. If you earn 2500 points, you will be given 15 more bound credits. You can earn a total of 30 bound credits this weekend just for playing!

In addition, the 25 highest ranked people at the end of the hunt will earn bonus credits. Here is a list of the bound credit prizes:

1st: 500 bound credits
2nd: 450 bound credits
3rd: 400 bound credits
4th: 350 bound credits
5th: 300 bound credits
6th: 250 bound credits
7th: 200 bound credits
8th: 150 bound credits
9th through 15th: 100 bound credits
16th through 25th: 50 bound credits
