Shamanism fixes

A couple of fixes, mostly Shamanism-related:

- Marks will be properly removed when leaving the arena

- Fixed a problem causing transmogrify to be lost upon dying in the arena

- Mark of Cadmus will no longer flare if the target is shielded; Hecate and Belial will still flare in that situation

- fixed some typos
