Arena event changes

I have implemented changes to some of the arena events, in particular:

Freezetag
---------

Being hit by a wand while already frozen will have no effect. The player who used the wand will not be notified that their attempt failed.

Bloodbath
---------

Bloodbath scoring has been reworked. Each player is now worth a certain amount of points, visible on ES <arena>. The worth is computed like this:

- At the start of an event, each player is worth 0 points
- Every 15 seconds, the worth of each player is increased by 1
- Every 5 seconds, the worth is increased by an amount equivalent to the number of kills that the player made so far in the bloodbath
- When dying to another player, the worth of the killed player is added to the killer's score, and the worth resets to 0
- Misadventure deaths do not reset the worth

You can see the score and worth of each player on ES <arena>, the kill count is not visible. The player with the highest score is declared winner.

Might or level of players does not affect scoring in any way.
