Typos.

ARTIFACTS:
You can now SAND IRONWOOD to remove the painted inks prematurely from the Ironwood Warmask.
Gem of Cloaking owners can now use CONFIG GEMSHOW ON/OFF to decide whether they show up as online in HELP <organization>.

ARTISTRY:
You will no longer be able to tear sketches from a sketchbook while graced.
No more corpses showing up in SKETCHLIST.
I think I found the problem which caused the false cases of "That person is already being hounded by a sketch.". Message me if this is not the case and I'll try again.

ELEMANCY:
You can no longer SEVER elemental channels without equilibrium/balance.

GUILDS:
I've reworked GUILD SANCTUARY. Should be more background then anything. Bug it if you notice something isn't working as it should.
All Taekate-teaching guild tutors will now be able to grade.

GENERAL:
All Envenoming ability will no longer take sips away from a Vial of Perpetuity.
Flasks will no longer be able to be filled with more than 50,000 sips.
Armlets are now able to be engraved.

KNIFEPLAY:
Deaths by Bloodscourge should now deliver appropriate acknowledgement to the Predator.

PERCEPTION:
NEW: Letterlist.
NEW: Booklist.
