After working on fixing the messages concerning letter delivery last week, it inspired me to work on giving player's the ability to set their own unique Sending/Delivering messages instead of relying on the old hard-coded room-based delivery system.

What this means is that all Postal offices (Houses, Guildhalls, Townes and Cities) may now set up unique delivery messages. You'll obviously need to a person in charge of the Post office (or have the Chancellor Power) to set it up, and it'll cost you 50k gold each time you submit a new design.

HELP 3.12.1 outlines how to customise your post office. I'll leave it up to your imagination what your postal messages will look like.

I've also converted all old Post Offices to use the new system.
