New Nexus version

An updated Nexus version is now available, with the following fixes and adjustments:

- when #echo or #echo_ is used in a trigger, its output will correctly be shown under the text, not above it

- fixed some problems with wrong behaviour upon scripting errors

- putting spaces at the beginning or end of the #echo-ed text will work now

- fixed a problem with isolated prompts not being shown, most notably when writing a news post

- hopefully fixed a rare issue causing the reflexes to be wiped - if it still happens, please report it to nexus@ironrealms.com
